Sandwich panels with rockwool core are used for their acoustic insulation properties, which make them particularly fit for the construction of acoustic-insulated cabins and rooms. Their use is widely spread also in applications where fire resisting property is of primary importance, where the use of expanded polyurethane is not possible.

The group also includes all machines and equipments for cutting, preparation, introduction and gluing of mineral wool on both sheets.

In case of roof panels characterized by relevant surface traps, the complete filling of section is required. A second section provides for the realization of trapezoidal listels and for their following handling and insertion in the trapezoidal traps of sheet.
