The group starts with heating of external supports (rigid in the case of film), continues with dosing and distribution of polyurethane foam, with panel forming inside the double belt continuous press and ends with the cut to length of panel.

The cut can be realized with overlapping for roof panels (partial cut), the operation of overlapping removal is made easier by the application of an adhesive tape before sheets roll forming.

The chemical products are mixed inside a high-pressure metering machine.

The unit is composed of a group of tanks, pumps and measurers, everything electronically controlled and piloted to obtain a perfect dosing of components which, mixed together inside a high-pressure mixing head, produce the polyurethane foam.

The corrections are carried out with high-pressure dosing pumps, directly fed by pre-machine tanks and controlled in quantity by electronic mass measurers.
